異議聲音為一個由九七回歸開始︐迴響八九六四人民自主提出異議的年度民化藝術聚匯。我們心信人民自主的異議聲音必須被確認及鼓動︐所以自零四年度的異議聲音開始︐我們放棄再以主辨者的身份籌備及安排演出︐只就此發出一個公開呼籲︐希望接收到以上訊息的朋友︐帶同自己的發聲、演展、播放器具︐於六月三日晚上八時九分匯聚尖沙咀文化中心外「自由戰士」雕塑(亦被罔名翱翔的法國人) 前的空地,共構一個自主發聲、自由起動的民化藝術廣場。

回想二十一年前︐廣場上︐反官倒、要民主︐的呼聲至今依然未得到應有的回應。而當年眾志支援的我城亦已日漸反被支配。官商勾結的態勢愈演愈烈︐偽民主的籠罩亦巨細無遺。這些年的爭取運動似已走進谷底︐進無路、退無途。然而︐源本自民間的民主呼聲︐以至發自民間的支援及實踐︐本就扎根於底層草根︐並以交織的血汗淚水︐孕育了根脈交纏的遍地野草︐抵抗了鋼鐵長城的圍困︐挑戰了固若金湯的高層建築。就讓我們回到民間︐扎根於底層草根︐再一次協作打造︐即使折翼卻依然堅持聳立的自由戰士︐並肩上路。故此︐我在此呼籲各位︐以扎根民間、亦回饋民間的民主運動想像為題︐創作展演及觀摩交流。亦寄望各位可在六三之後、六四開始︐帶著匯聚交流的經驗回到我們各自的崗位播種深耕。

誠然︐在一個開放的廣場上︐任何一個聲音都應被尊重︐當中如出現任何不協調之情況︐亦只可期望各參與的朋友本著互相關顧的原則作出協調及安排。

另外︐我們認為人民的廣場本就屬於人民︐任何規管者於未被要求的情況下之干預︐實為不必要及壓縮人民自主表達的空間的行為。故此,此次的民化藝術廣場匯聚︐將不會向任何規管機構發出申請或知會。所以︐期間各參與朋友將可能需要面對規管者的干預及作出回應。當然,既稱人民匯聚廣場︐人民之間的互相關顧、支援︐以至共同面對及化解任何眼前的困難︐將會是至為重要。

Since '97 (the return of hong kong to the mainland), dizzidenza has been an annual music gathering at the area in front of the "freedom fighter" sculpture (deceivingly renamed as the soaring frenchman) in front of the tsimshatsui cultural centre which echoes the independent dissents raised during june 4th, 1989.

in a square of openness, any voice must certainly be honoured. if any discord should happens, accord should be made with proactive mutual care of the involved participants to achieve a just co-ordination and arrangement.

furthermore, we think that a people's square is of the people and for the people, any uninvited interruption by any governing parties are un-necessary and is actually a repressive act to suppress the people's freedom of expression and action. therefore, this gathering of cultural action will not submit any application or notification to any governing
bodies. thus, the participants might have to face and react to interruptions by the governing parties. since we called this gathering a square of the people, the mutual care and support between people to face up to and resolve any pressing problem will be of utmost importance.

異議聲音為一個由九七回歸開始，迴響八九六四人民自主提出異議，於尖沙咀文化中心外「翱翔的法國人」雕塑前的空地舉行的年度文化演展聚匯。

但十八年後的今天‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧人民的自主性仍然被監控，異議的聲音依然被茫視及邊緣化。我們心信人民自主的異議聲音必須互相確認及鼓動，亦留意到半年以來，由不同關注本土社區及文化建設的朋友匯聚而成的「本土行動網絡」所持續推展，由保衛天星皇后出發，直指社區以至整體規劃參與的「還港於民」運動所提出的，我們的家園、人民的規劃，實為深耕社區自主及建設真正民主社會的運動。所以我們希望今年的匯聚走進抗爭現場以表達我們的聲援及及結連。

因此我們呼籲本年度的異議聲音匯聚在由「本土行動網絡」堅守而開拓出的人民自主廣場「皇后碼頭」舉行。希望接收到此訊息的朋友，帶同自己的發聲、演展、播放器具，於六月三日晚上八時九分匯聚「皇后碼頭」，共構一個自主發聲、自由起動的文化廣場。

誠然，在一個開放的廣場上，任何一個聲音都應被尊重，當中如出現任何不協調之情況，亦期望各參與的朋友本著互相關顧的原則作出積極協調及安排。

Since '97 (the return of hong kong to the mainland), dizzidenza has been an annual music gathering at the area in front of the "the soaring frenchman" sculpture in front of the tsimshatsui cultural centre which echoes the independent dissents raised during june 4th, 1989.

18 years have gone by..................people's voices are still being controlled, voices of dissent are still being neglected and marginalised. We believe that people's independent voices of dissent should be mutually honoured and facilitated. We also noticed the 'return the harbour (hong kong) to the people' movement raised by the 'local action network' which is a gathering of people from various groups concerned about the building of local communities and cultural development. their movement started from the preservation of the star ferry and queen's pier and developed into people's participation in community and societal planning and their vision of 'our home, we plan' are deeply rooted in the nurturing of community autonomy and the fertilizing of the growth towards a truly democratic society. moved we are, therefore we would like to move our gathering this year to the frontline of struggle to express and voice our support and solidarity.

therefore, we send out here an open call to hold this year's gathering at the 'queen's pier', the people's square cultivated by the steadfast struggling by the 'local action network'. we hope those who get the message shall bring along their own equipments of amplification; performance or display to gather at the 'queen's pier' at 8:09 p.m. on june 3rd to realize an cultural square of the voices of the independent dissents and the freedom to action.

我們有選擇嗎？在我們生活著的完全商業化的商品世界之中，無數的商品提供著無數的選擇。但我們真的有選擇嗎？
do we have a choice? In the totally commercialised world of products that we lived in, where we are being offered enormous amount of products. do we really have a choice?

我們有選擇嗎？在我們生活著的政治已完全被壟斷的世界之下，我們被給予受控制的投票選舉。我們真的有選擇嗎？
do we have a choice? in the wholly monopolised world of politics that we lived under, where we are being offered controlled votes. do we really have a choice?

即使以那些我們被給予的所謂選擇，它們真的可以代表我們的色彩嗎？我們有選擇嗎？
even with the 'so called' choices that we are being offered, can they really represent our colors? do we have a choice?

現在我想送你一本填色冊，它可能讓你窺視到我們可能的選擇。而它在等待你去賦予它真正的色彩，你選擇的色彩。
now i offer you a coloring book which might give a glimpse into our possible choices. and it is waiting for you to give it its true colors, colors of your choice.

from the tinanmun movement in '89, we saw how people broke open the square and took back the people's square. it might seemed like chaos, but they managed to operate it in orders of their own while rebelling against the ruling and the military. from the anti wto struggle in '05, we saw how people fought for and occupied the space that belongs to the people while resisting the ruling and the police. it certainly looked violently aggressive, but that was also a solidarity of all the colors.
從八九年的天安門運動，我們見到人民如何打開並奪回了人民的廣場。可能看似混亂，但他們一方面叛離著管治和軍隊，一方面以他們自己的規律運作著。從零五年的反世貿抗爭，我們看見人民如何抵抗著管治和警察而爭取及佔領了本就屬於人民的空間。可能看似激進，但亦是不同色彩的人民的團聚連結。

that used to be a dream, but that was real. that certainly was temporary, but that happened. and its showing right in front of our eyes, that it could happen.............
這一切曾經只是一個夢，但這其實是真實的。這一切當然只是暫時的展示，但亦實在地發生了。而亦清楚地在我們眼前展示，這是可能的.............

here and now in hong kong, if we want a public space that we could truly speak from our heart while listening to the others' heartbeat, where do we turn to.............
今時此地的香港，如果我們希望有一個公共空間，可讓我們說出心底的說話，又可以聆聽到其他人的心聲的話，我們可以走向那裡.............

i turn to you, my fellow beings............. in a place and time where we could collaborate, in rebellion against the normal, in resistance against the ruling, speaking and listening from our heart, in solidarity, we'll find true peace among our fellow beings and we will be us.
朋友們，我走向你............. 在那一個時間，那一個地方，讓我們匯聚；叛離常態；抵抗管治；互相傾出心底；團聚結連在一起，我們將找到友群間的真正平和，我們將真正成為我們。

in the longest days after the longest night, i was trying to find a way out from the sea of melancholy in which i was sinking into. it was then i came across the following message in the maze of the web. following its lead, i caught a glimpse into the lost wisdom of the prehistoric. and it dawned on me that this message and wisdom has always been with us and its sharing and spreading is a must............
